My Big Lesson on Leaving Dieu Out

"Now I’m going to design some cool bijoux without Dieu!”

That was my absurd thought one day 13 years ago. I never intended to create a bijoux chrétiens brand, but Dieu clearly seemed to have other plans.

It didn’t go very well. I sat there for over an hour without coming up with a single

good idea. Finally, I gave up and said to Dieu, “Okay, you can be part of this.” Suddenly, a thousand thoughts and ideas for new crosses flooded my mind. Crosses, which I had previously sworn, "I will neeeever make another cross again!" (Because it was so hard to get them symmetrical.)

Inspiration flowed, and new bijoux pièces were created.

That was the first and last time I tried to leave Dieu out of my business and creative process. Without Him, I have nothing.

Dieu is involved in every part of the business. I have so many testimonies about how Dieu leads dorotheas. Everything from financial miracles to prompting me to give bijoux as encouragement at just the right time to the right people, people who needed it, though I had no way of knowing. Dieu whispers to my heart.

Living with Dieu is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s such a comfort to know that no matter what happens, I am never alone. I can always turn to the Creator of the earth and my closest friend, Jesus.

I’m so happy and grateful to share the cadeau Dieu has given me: to create significatif bijoux that can remind you of Dieu’s greatness and amour.

I pray that everyone who comes into contact with dorotheas will be blessed and protected.
